Employee Spotlight: Bailey

Bailey Harte has grown up with a love for all of her animals, from dogs, ferrets, cats, and even the neighborhood critters in her backyard. She’s worked in childcare for most of her life, but truly found her passion with animals. She has had animals her whole life, but with her 4 dogs and cat, the change in professions was a no brainer. In 2021, she joined the Urban Hound team and quickly realized how much she loved it. Bailey has worked at the front of the house, with our boarders on weekends and holidays, and with our daycare pups!
